The Adorabelle fairy set is by far and away the most detailed and intricate fairy item I've made in SL.
It comes in 5 colours, in either silver or gold. The colours are white, lavender, pink, green and black.
This set is focused on detailed sculpt work, with curled fretwork combined with stronger looking sculpt panels. It comes with sculpt wings.
There are over 1000 prims in this set, and 20 pieces.
